Tennessee Brew Works is known for working with the local farms to create unique beer recipes, especially when it comes to their farmhouse ales. While awaiting the local harvest, Tennessee Brew Works decided to venture-out and kick-off the 2017 Farmhouse Series with something a little more unique: a rice beer. They call it the Tennessaké.
This beer is extremely limited, so come enjoy it at the taproom launch this Thursday, April 6th at 6PM (taproom will be open from 5-10PM). To coincide with the launch, they’ll be enjoying an evening of karaoke on the Tennessee Brew Works taproom stage! All are welcome to participate!
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Tennessaké, Saké Saison, ABV: 5.5%, IBU: 20

BEER DESCRIPTION: Aromas of citrus and spice arouse anticipation for the yuzu, ginger and grassy notes that play on the palate, followed by a subtle pink peppercorn finish.
