The BCW President Bill Langford said, “The BWC has been in the business of raising money for children’s charities for over 37 years. For 15 years we have done a Haunted House in October and this year we wanted to replace it with a new event at the beautiful Downtown Commons. This perfect venue and the support of the community will bring back an Oktoberfest festival for everyone in the community to come out and enjoy.”’
